Join our group sessions for high-energy, strength and conditioning. Or, let yoga instructors help you improve your foundational strength and flexibility.

We offer a variety of strength and cardiovascular training options, and our classes will assist you in shedding body fat, while improving your muscular endurance. From beginners to fanatics, the class format will safely challenge all fitness levels. We provide the tools, you set your pace.

All fitness levels welcome! Classes are open to the public.

Come try us out. Your first week is on us!

In order to access scheduling, you’ll need to securely enter a credit/debit card in your client account. It solely acts as a security measure.


*Covid-19 Policy and Protocols*

If you're feeling ill, please be courteous and bypass attending groups until your symptoms have subsided. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before all group sessions. Face coverings are optional. During our sessions, we'll be providing sanitary cleaning solution to use on any and all equipment that has been used during your workout. In an effort to keep our community safe and healthy, we'll be implementing a team clean approach. We appreciate your help and support in keeping the Bileau Built family strong!


*Group Session Rules and Regulations*

All clients must check-in for all sessions. Failure to do so will result in a 15.00 no-show fee.

All clients must bring a clean pair of training sneakers for their sessions.

All clients must be present for group session warm-ups. For safety reasons, if the warm-up is missed, the client will not be allowed to participate in their scheduled session.
